GENERAL SERVICES

What types of services do you provide?
Tier One Broadcasting offers live shot setup and transmission, field filming, video editing, livestream production, and hybrid event support. We specialize in remote guest coordination, presenter confidence coaching, and professional audiovisual execution for live or recorded content.

Where are you based? Do you travel?
We’re based in Tucson, Arizona and serve all of Southern and Central Arizona, including Phoenix and surrounding areas. For select projects, we can travel or coordinate crew in other markets—just ask.

What platforms do you support for virtual events?
We’re fluent in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, StreamYard, and most virtual platforms. If your organization uses an enterprise webcast solution, we’re happy to work within your system.

Can you work with our internal AV or IT team?
Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth tech handoff and support your in-house infrastructure.

MEDIA & BROADCAST CLIENTS

Do you offer live shot setup for national networks?
Yes. We can set up, frame, light, and transmit live shots from the field, an office, or a controlled space in Arizona. We’ve supported guests appearing live on major national broadcasts and can coordinate directly with your producers.

Can your team be remotely monitored by a producer or control room?
Yes. We provide remote viewing links for producers and technical directors, so they can monitor framing and audio in real time.

What gear do you use?
We use broadcast-quality camera kits, pro lighting, reliable wireless audio, and industry-standard transmission methods. Gear lists are available on request.

How fast can you turn around edited footage?
For short packages and clips, we can often deliver same-day or next-morning. For longer cuts, post-production timelines depend on complexity and graphics needs.

CORPORATE CLIENTS & VIRTUAL EVENTS

We have remote presenters—can you help them look and sound professional?
Yes. This is one of our specialties. We help remote speakers get properly framed, lit, and coached through a quick pre-show tech check and personalized prep session. It takes the pressure off internal teams and ensures a polished result.

Can you support a hybrid event with both in-room and remote presenters?
Yes. We provide on-site camera and AV support while integrating remote participants into the live program seamlessly. We’ll also help manage transitions, graphics, and timing so the event feels unified.

Can we keep the recording after the event?
Absolutely. Every session can be recorded, edited, and delivered to you in your preferred format. We also offer replay-ready files and post-event highlight reels if needed.

BOOKING & LOGISTICS

How much lead time do you need?
We recommend 1–2 weeks' notice, especially for virtual events or multi-day productions. However, we understand breaking news and last-minute speaker needs happen—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer flat-rate pricing or custom quotes?
Both. We offer competitive flat-rate packages for common service types (e.g., live shot setup, virtual event production) and can build custom quotes for complex needs.

Do you require a deposit?
For first-time clients, yes. A 50% deposit is typically required to reserve your date and equipment.

What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 72 hours may incur a partial fee depending on crew and gear scheduling. We’ll always work with you in good faith if plans change due to weather, illness, or breaking news.

OTHER

Can we hire you just for filming or editing?
Yes. We’re happy to work à la carte—just video capture, just editing, or anything in between.

Can you work under NDA or with confidential projects?
Yes. We understand the importance of discretion and can work under NDA for sensitive shoots or unreleased content.

Do you offer nonprofit or government rates?
Yes. We support community initiatives and offer adjusted pricing for qualifying nonprofits or public sector work.
